Location: Kfar Saba, Israel (hybrid)

NEXT Insurance is seeking a Financial Information Systems Engineer to join the information systems group within our growing company. In this role, you’ll support our Finance department in managing, designing, and implementing financial processes and information systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement financial processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Support current processes and administrate existing systems and integrations, focusing on NetSuite and additional applications in our finance ecosystem (AP management, budget planning, expense reimbursement, travel management, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within our global Finance department and act as a focal point to achieve the company goals and needs.
  • End-to-end project management for system implementation and enhancement requests, including prioritization, work plans, risk management, communication, etc.
  • Proactively identify processes that can be automated, initiate and lead the automation design, development and implementation phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Industrial Engineering / Information Systems or a related field. CPA - an advantage.
  • At least 2 years experience as NetSuite administrator, including hands-on experience with financial modules and complex customizations - a must.
  • Strong financial and technical orientation with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve a deep understanding of the business requirements and translating them into an efficient technical solution.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • NetSuite developer - an advantage.
  • Experience in API, system integrations and SQL - an advantage.
  • Experience with SOX controls - an advantage.
  • High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent social skills, ability to form trusting relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work with remote (US based) teams.
