Where we work
Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Why We're Looking For You
As we continue our hypergrowth journey, we need a technical visionary to own and evolve our Salesforce CRM architecture. Our CRM is heavily customized with 400+ Flows, and while we don't currently have severe technical debt, we need a strategic leader who can design for scale while maintaining our velocity. You'll be the design authority who ensures what we're building today is future-proof for the long term.
The Impact You Will Have
- Design and evolve Salesforce architecture for hypergrowth
- Establish architectural principles that accelerate development velocity
- Implement lean governance that maintains integrity while enabling speed
- Make decisive trade-offs that balance immediate needs with long-term vision
- Transform technical debt management into a business enablement strategy
- Lead the technical aspects of major initiatives including Revenue Cloud implementation
- Optimize our Flow-customized environment for performance and maintainability
Who You'll Work With
- Reports to Director of Revenue Architecture
- Partners closely with Data Engineering for integrations and data architecture
- Works with RevOps development team operating in Agile model
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization for CRM initiatives
✅ What We're Looking For
- Salesforce CTA or equivalent depth with clear path to CTA
- Application Architect and System Architect certifications
- 8+ years architecting complex Salesforce solutions
- Deep Flow-based automation expertise
- Extensive data modeling, security, and integration pattern experience
- Solutions that scale from hundreds to thousands of users
- Modern DevOps practices: source control, CI/CD, testing
- Apex and LWC development experience
Pay and Benefits
- Estimated base salary range: $190,000 - $230,000k for U.S./Canada-based employees, plus meaningful pre-IPO equity
