About the Role

We’re looking for an addition to our IT Support Operations team to join our IT at Ramp based in NYC! This role will own all IT aspects in our NYC HQ, including onboarding, triage support requests, assisting with AV conference rooms/event space and managing our inventory. Unblocking our users is an absolute critical component of our IT team and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a smooth operation and in all the work to make it happen!

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-person logistics support at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) 5 days/week

  • Triage support requests from tickets, email, and Slack, proactively seek ways to minimize and improve our SLAs

  • Provide A/V Support for our live events (sometimes after hours)

  • Take ownership of small and large projects, working with various internal/external teams to accomplish goals

  • Manage inventory in the NYC HQ office, assist with shipping new hire equipment

  • Build out sustainable onboarding/offboarding processes with future scale in mind

  • Creating technical documentation and user facing documentation where applicable

  • Push the team to industry best practices and drive change

  • Be and advocate for our users, understand their challenges, and look to remove blockers

  • Make data driven, empathetic decisions, and take a holistic collaborative approach to decision making

What You Need

  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in an enterprise size organization

  • Strong knowledge in our core tech stack including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Kandji, and various modern SaaS tools

  • Strong attention to detail and execution oriented

  • Understanding of User Lifecycle Management, managing user/role access

  • Willingness to learn and support A/V, particularly for live events

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in high growth startups

  • Experience managing macOS/Windows in hybrid/remote environments

  • Slack Certified Admin

  • A/V Experience

  • Okta Certified Professional

Compensation

  • The hourly rate for this contract is $49 USD
