About the Role

Ramp is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help existing customers get the most value out of Ramp. You’ll be responsible for developing messaging, audience insights, segmentation, post-sales enablement, and campaigns to help existing customers deepen their usage of Ramp. You’ll partner closely with Product, Rev Ops, and Account Management.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, market-intelligent and competitor-aware. You have a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs and can translate that into compelling messaging, internal enablement and campaigns. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both setting the strategy and also diving in to execute and drive results for the business. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role that’s a good fit for someone who is motivated by goals and hungry to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Own holistic, unified customer journey as customers onboard, active and mature onto Ramp

  • Invest in foundational insights and messaging to inform experiments and campaigns to help self-serve admins be successful on Ramp

  • Partner with the Lifecycle team to operationalize experiments and campaigns

  • Create compelling content, customer-facing assets, and internal guides to equip the Account Management team to drive increased adoption and expansion of our core products

  • Partner with Product, Data Science and Account Management teams to take product insights and turn them into automated, scaled campaigns to drive product usage with our self-serve audience

  • Increase cross-sell and usage of core and secondary products and features, with an eye towards increasing customer success as well as business revenue

  • Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies

  • Deeply understand the audience and experience of admins administrating Ramp and onboarding their employees

What You Need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing at a high tech company

  • Experience crafting compelling product positioning and messaging

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into digestible, relatable, and easy-to understand writing

  • Ability to communicate a clear strategy, drive concrete deliverables, and motivate cross-functional team members with different focus areas

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive clarity and decisions, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively

  • Test & learn mindset, lean on data and experimentation to make decisions and inform strategies

  • BA/BS degree

  • Prior experience in fintech and/or high-growth startups

Compensation

  • The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $144,500 - $170,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
