About the Role

We are looking for an Analyst, Channel Operations to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! You’ll be a key partner in taking the Channels and Partnerships organizations to the next level, providing valuable analytical insights to support Channel and Partnerships leadership, facilitating seamless operational processes, and maintaining partner data integrity within our internal sales systems. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Partnership, and cross-functional leadership to drive mission-critical, cross-functional projects across the organization.

Reporting to the Manager, Channel Operations, this role demands an exceptionally organized, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented individual.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze and advise on improvements in the Channel and Partnerships process, Channel execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity

  • Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce & Looker

  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Strategic Finance, Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, and Growth Marketing

  • Perform ad hoc analysis driving actionable insights on sales initiatives

  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other key teams across the company

  • Own the Channel Forecasting & Planning process from data integrity and Salesforce hygiene to reporting and surfacing trends & insights to Channel & Partnerships Leaders

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech sales operations

  • Ability to translate stakeholder requests into requirements to surface impactful end-state analyses and reports

  • Experience supporting the maintenance and build-out of performance metrics, dashboards, and reports in Salesforce & Looker

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior-level partners, even when there is ambiguity involved

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities

  • Working knowledge of key B2B SaaS Tech Stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Looker, etc)

  • You are curious and have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy

  • Working knowledge of B2B funnel reporting, including stages (MQL, pipeline, etc.) and SFDC structure/reporting

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a SFDC administrator

  • Experience implementing a PRM or Partner Portal

  • Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies

  • Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, or Investment Banking

  • Passion for or curiosity to learn about financial technology

  • Experience with Looker or equivalent BI Tools
