About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Ramp based in our New York office, you view the world through a lens of a delightful candidate and client experience. You are excited at the opportunity to continue to build teams across the entire company. You will arrange complex interview schedules and leverage existing recruiting tools and practices while continuously exploring opportunities to improve our processes.
*Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) 5 days/week*
What You’ll Do
Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams
Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process
Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews in our New York office
Develop collaborative relationships with all team members and hiring managers
Manage workflows within GSuite, Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and scheduling tools for automation
What You’ll Need
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
Nice to Haves
Scheduling/coordination or in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally in start-up or high-growth environments
Experience with GSuite, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling software
We currently use Ashby for our ATS and Modernloop for scheduling
Team player with a high sense of urgency
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
The hourly rate for this contract is $33.65 USD
