What are we looking for?
We are looking for a strong Backend Software Engineer to take part in building our next-generation Cloud Workload Security offering.
What will you do?
You will take part in the architecture, design, and implementation of a multi-disciplinary cloud-native software platform that will serve thousands of users and hundreds of millions of events as part of SentinelOne's management console region services.
What experience or knowledge should you bring?
- A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a well-regarded university OR equivalent experience from well-renowned companies/military units
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience using object-oriented methodologies with Python or Go/Java/C++
- Ability to quickly dive into new products and understand their inner workings
- Self-driven individual, able to liaison with multiple internal teams and drive end-to-end development effortsAdvantages:
- Kafka eco-system (pub/sub, Kafka connect, etc.) = Big advantage
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP
- Experience with large scale management systems and performance
