What are we looking for?

We are seeking self-motivated and fast-learning individuals to support the newly created “ABM Central” program in EMEA. As a support but critical contributor, you will help us streamline our marketing processes and implement our marketing campaigns for optimal efficiency and effectiveness and generate pipeline in this specific program.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing specific marketing activities, online or offline demand generation campaigns such as trade shows, conferences, regional events, content syndication, digital programs, targeting specific regions in Alps and DACH. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

What will you do?

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies in the “ABM Central” program to enhance brand visibility and drive demand generation, and support the achievement of the regional pipeline target.
  • Executive pre and post campaign operational tasks, i.e. open procurement requests, process contractual signatures, source vendors and suppliers, upload leads lists, support events with onsite tasks, etc.
  • Learn how to work closely with senior members of the marketing team globally and contribute to best practices for use in worldwide programs.
  • Learn how to optimize each marketing touchpoint using data, including top, middle and bottom-of-funnel channels.
  • Support the Marketing Director in researching marketing and demand generation campaigns in the cybersecurity space or as requested.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; full fluency in English and German are required.
  • Acquaintance with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce is an advantage.
  • Detailed-oriented with exceptional attention to detail, and pragmatic approach to project management.
  • Tenacious problem solver with can-do attitude, self-motivated, confident, energetic and resourceful. Coachable, autonomous, with a high willingness to learn and the ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Ability to travel 1 week out of 4 per month.
  • Ability to invoice SentinelOne’s local entity as an external contingent worker.
  • Professional demeanor at all times.

  • Able to work 35 hours per week
