Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team, including data entry, attendance tracking, and report preparation.
  • Manage databases and learning management systems (e.g., Workday Learning) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with global teams and ensure clear and effective communication in English.
  • Support communication efforts to enhance employee engagement.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to brainstorm ideas and solutions for continuous improvement.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively in English with employees at all levels and build and maintain organizational relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage multiple priorities efficiently with detail-oriented multitasking abilities and proficiency in project management.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze data to provide actionable insights and track and report training metrics.
  • Education and Experience: Pursue a degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field, with experience in presenting and/or teaching others and remote working.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow in L&D, working independently and taking initiative on projects.
