What are we looking for?
- We are seeking a candidate who possesses a understanding User needs, along with balancing the business requirements to deliver the best experience for Users, and creating impact for the growth of team and organisation.
- Drive the design initiative by approaching User-centric design methods, and processes.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a high standard of design quality.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and engineers, to define the implement innovative solutions for user experience, product direction, and visuals.
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Advocate for the user’s perspective throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our products are up-to-date and innovative.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual design across all products and platforms.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with User research methodologies and usability testing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, and process-driven environment.
- Familiarity with front-end development and coding principles.
