What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Systems Analyst based in Costa Rica to join our team, as we expand our Salesforce instance and surrounding business system footprint. It is an exciting time at SentinelOne, a rapidly growing and innovative global cybersecurity company!

What will you do?

  • Salesforce Administration and Support for Opportunities, Quotes, Accounts, Contacts
  • Core Salesforce support tasks including adding fields, permissions, flows, user provisioning, sandbox refreshes and maintenance, reporting creation, and issues
  • Resolving tier 1 support issues and escalating as appropriate
  • Maintain interfaces between Salesforce and other Business Systems. Preferred experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party solutions such as Docusign, Marketo, Conga, Zendesk, NetSuite, Legal CLM system, etc
  • Provide user assistance, training, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Participate in release management, system testing and migration, and system maintenance
  • Onboard and offboard employees from the platform; perform user and license management; create and maintain profiles and permission sets

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Education: BA/BS Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience supporting Salesforce (5+ years experience preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
  • A good understanding of Lead to Order Process preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce API and other integrations
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills to address issues and walk users through resolution
  • Highly motivated, independent, and thorough.
  • Experience with any CPQ a plus (Salesforce CPQ preferred)
  • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
