SentinelOne is looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to join our team in Tel Aviv. Do you have a passion for people and building lasting relationships? As our first Technical Talent Sourcer (1 Year Contract) on the Global Talent Acquisition team, your top priorities will be to focus on talent readiness, market insights and candidate engagement for our Tel Aviv, Israel center. We are searching for someone who understands the challenges we face daily in hiring top technical talent at scale. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of roles, the functions, and how they fit into SentinelOne’s R&D organization and you will develop creative search strategies to identify and engage top talent.
What will you do?
- Focus primarily on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects.
- Lead the sourcing efforts for roles like Software Engineers, Automation and Product.
- Leverage platforms including LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Sourcing tools and social media to actively engage top prospects and build market awareness about SentinelOne’s career opportunities in Israel.
- Build relationships with prospects and with pools of talent in support of current and future hiring needs.
- Map potential markets/companies and provide ‘on demand’ talent pool research and analysis.
- Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple recruiting partners.
- On occasion lead sourcing efforts outside of Israel, as SentinelOne continues to geographically expand.
What experience and skills should you bring?
- Deep passion, understanding, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Intellectual curiosity around Cyber Security, general technology, business, and industry
- 4+ years technical sourcing experience with an agency or in-house recruiting team
- Relentless drive to devise creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage technical talent
- Data driven approach to inform and influence hiring decisions
- Resourceful and ability to work through ambiguity and constant change
