About the role.

We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to join the Solo team! This person will be maintaining and ensuring Solo.io capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system and other complimentary Revenue Operations tools. This role is focused on optimizing system/tool integration in support of the high growth GTM team, maintaining our sales tools and databases, and training GTM personnel on the effective use of system processes. 

Job Description:

  • Manage extended Sales Operations projects, while executing on day-to-day Operations support needs
  • Direct and coordinate Salesforce-related projects, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage timelines
  • Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows
  • Create and manage workflows, flows, and automation rules to streamline business processes
  • Implement and maintain approval processes and escalation rules
  • Design, create, and distribute reports + dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance
  • Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in Salesforce administration
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions within Salesforce

Job Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator)
  • 4+ years as a Salesforce administrator
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience if no degree has been obtained
