Who you are.
You're a product marketer who knows how to scale product impact through partners to win identified, key markets. You've moved beyond supporting launches and are ready to own messaging, enablement, and go-to-market execution across both direct customer industries and partner led motions.
With 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or GTM roles in B2B tech, you know how to turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives for physical world industries like retail, construction and manufacturing, and the partners who serve those markets. You’re fluent in crafting messaging that resonates with business leaders, sellers, and system integrators and drives action in the field.
You’ve worked across direct sales and partner ecosystems, including strategic technology partners, hardware partners, and/or system integrators. You understand how industry use cases and buyer needs shift depending on whether a deal is direct or partner-led, and you know how to adapt messaging and enablement accordingly.
You’re collaborative, low-ego, and relationship-driven. You work closely with product, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to move work forward, and you’re motivated by impact. You are satisfied when you connect the dots on how your work directly supports revenue growth, partner success, and customer outcomes in the real world.
What you’ll do.
You’ll be a key product marketing player across Spot AI’s core industries and partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on activating and enabling partners while continuing to support direct customer go-to-market in two key industries.
Industry & Product Marketing
Evolve messaging and positioning for Spot AI’s core products, starting with AI Security Guard in Retail and expanding into Manufacturing with AI Operations Assistant.
Support ICP refinement, persona development, and use-case validation through customer research, sales feedback, and market insights.
Enable sales and marketing teams with industry-focused content, solution pages, and sales tools that support direct selling motion, and also partner motion. A win-win!
Partner Messaging, Enablement & Activation
Own messaging and positioning for Spot AI’s partner solutions across strategic technology partners, hardware and trailer partners, and system integrators.
Adapt core industry and product narratives into partner-ready value propositions that partners can confidently sell and deliver.
Build enablement assets, including sales playbooks, battlecards, solution briefs, and implementation guidance, that help partners succeed in the field.
Support partner training and readiness in collaboration with the partnerships and sales teams.
Joint Go-to-Market Execution
Enable joint GTM initiatives with partners with clear messaging and content (e.g. for webinars, events, solution launches, and campaigns).
Help build and support partner funnel motions by aligning messaging, campaigns, and sales tools to real buying journeys.
Ensure partner solutions are represented clearly and consistently in Spot AI’s broader launches and marketing programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with partnerships, product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure launches and campaigns are aligned and executed well.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution—writing, editing, and building the assets that make GTM work in practice.

Compensation and Benefits.
Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $155,000. The offered salary will depend on your location within the U.S. and your demonstrated skills and competencies for the role. Your recruiter will provide the specific range for your area as you progress through the interview process.
