Job Summary:

The Red Hat Global Ecosystem Marketing team is seeking a candidate to join us as a Senior Principal Partner Marketing Manager. We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives with OEM/Independent Hardware Vendors (IHV) partners. You will partner with cross functional teams, both Red Hat and partner, to develop the global marketing strategy for joint offerings. You will also create the go-to-market messaging, content, and assets to drive awareness and accelerate revenue growth. In addition, you will be responsible for global management of the MDF budget and provide guidance to regional marketing teams on execution priorities.

What will you do:

  • Collaborate with OEM/IHV partner and Red Hat alliance leadership, BUs, and field partner marketing to identify priorities, focus partner marketing initiatives, and success metrics.

  • Drive awareness and demand for Red Hat and partner offerings through marketing programs and communications plans such as press releases, blogs, campaigns.

  • Manage inclusion and promotion of Red Hat offerings at partners’ events and Marketing initiatives

  • Work closely with assigned partners to understand their initiatives and target audiences to develop joint campaigns, events and enablement programs.

  • Evaluate the ROI of partner marketing activities and develop plans for improvement

  • Manage contractual MDF to ensure ROI is optimized across the programs aligned to partnership and Red Hat strategic goals

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination of marketing activities.

What will you bring:

  • Have 10+ years of partner and alliance marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing high impact marketing programs

  • Experience creating an integrated marketing plan around business objectives, as well as guiding and measuring regional partner marketing initiatives

  • Ability to develop messaging to appeal to multiple personas in the software buying cycle

  • Solid project management skills, including priority setting, managing time, and deadlines

  • Excellent organization and communication skills; detail-oriented and collaborative

  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to articulate the joint Red Hat/partner value proposition to a variety of audiences

The salary range for this position is $136,420.00 - $225,100.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
