What You’ll Do

This role will be using and configuring Salesforce in a healthcare services environment including workflows, validation rules, and security controls to develop patient care centered solutions, managing Salesforce objects and processes, dashboards and analytic reports. This position will serve as the SME for Salesforce’s Health Cloud solution including developing and leading trainings. They will also manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other options as well as manage a process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new system functionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows conforming to our data model. This role will be working with clinical and business teams to refine requirements in the form of user stories. The Salesforce Administrator will do all of this on a cross-functional product development team and be expected to contribute to design decisions and solutions related to our Health Cloud needs. This position will report to the Salesforce Director.

The Day to Day

  • Configure all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Refines requirements from users and stakeholders in collaboration with product development team.
  • Executes on Salesforce configuration changes, including custom assessment updates, OmniStudio components, Flows, Objects, Custom Metadata, Dashboards and Reports, and Managed Packages.
  • Monitors user adoption, creates training manuals, and delivers solutions to user support tickets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ years’ experience with Salesforce required.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs.
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements.
  • Familiarity with Health Cloud platform.
  • Salesforce Telephony integration experience.
  • Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the SDLC.
  • Salesforce platform developer certification preferred.
  • Intermediate experience with Health Cloud platform.

Annual Salary Range: $85,700 - $104,000
