What You’ll Do
Strive is seeking an Analyst, HEDIS Enablement to support the execution and ongoing optimization of HEDIS-related processes across the organization. This individual contributor role serves as a subject matter expert on HEDIS measures and supports clinical teams through workflow coordination, education support, and system configuration aligned to organizational strategy.
Reporting to the Director, Risk & HEDIS Enablement, this role focuses on translating HEDIS requirements into consistent operational practices, ensuring accurate representation of measures within payer contracts, point-of-care tools, and supporting workflows. The Analyst partners closely with clinical, analytics, technology, and operations teams to drive consistent execution of quality initiatives, including NCQA-aligned hybrid and PSV activities.
The Day to Day
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS measures across payer contracts, workflows, and point-of-care tools.
- Support day-to-day HEDIS operations, including workflow coordination, measure tracking, and issue resolution.
- Assist in development and maintenance of clinician-facing education materials aligned to HEDIS requirements.
- Partner with technology, analytics, and operations teams to maintain accurate system configuration and measure logic.
- Troubleshoot data integrity, attribution, or workflow issues impacting HEDIS performance.
- Collaborate with clinical and field teams to reinforce consistent HEDIS practices and provide measure-related guidance.
- Coordinate with vendors supporting HEDIS tools, reporting, hybrid retrieval, or measure execution as needed.
- Operationalize direction from the Director, Risk & HEDIS Enablement into scalable workflows and documentation.
- Monitor measure updates and payer contract variations to support accurate operational alignment.
- Support NCQA-aligned PSV and hybrid audit activities in collaboration with data and analytics teams, including validation of measure logic, documentation workflows, and audit readiness.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, adoption, and performance outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, quality, managed care, or clinical program support.
- 1+ years of experience supporting HEDIS, quality improvement, or risk adjustment initiatives.
- Working knowledge of HEDIS measures and quality program requirements.
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel and be onsite as business needs require.
- Reliable internet connectivity meeting minimum technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical, coding, or quality certification (e.g., RN, CRC, CPHQ).
- Experience in value-based care, MSO, or population health environments.
- Kidney program and value-based kidney care knowledge, including ESRD, KCE models, and CKCC program requirements.
- Familiarity with point-of-care tools, quality platforms, or hybrid retrieval processes.
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements into practical guidance.
- Experience supporting vendor coordination or implementation activities.

Annual Base Salary Range: $65,500 - $77,000
