This role will be a leader of a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization. The manager's primary focus will be to lead a team of analysts supporting and advancing initiatives to deliver analytics for operational performance in collaboration with market operations, clinical, strategy, finance, and business development teams. In addition to managing and mentoring the team, this role will operate as a player-coach—directly contributing to complex analytics projects where strategic thinking, technical depth, and stakeholder alignment are critical. This role will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Analytics.  The Day to Day  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts focused on delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Manage team operations, including project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet timelines and deliver value.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, frame analytical questions, and design scalable analytics solutions that deliver measurable impact. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Oversee the design, development, and deployment of dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics tools that drive data literacy and actionability.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Business travel may be required for opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events. </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> 4+ years' experience in healthcare data analysis or related.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> 4+ years' experience analyzing medical claim data, lab data, EMR data and clinical data.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> 4+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL, Excel & PowerPoint.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Efficient and reliable transportation, including an active driver's license, allowing for travel across an assigned region to meet business needs.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms.</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> 1+ years' experience as a people leader.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">High degree of proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel & PowerPoint. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Must be comfortable speaking and leading analytical discussions with business partners.</li> </ul> About You  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a strong focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Skilled at balancing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and making informed trade-offs while keeping projects on track.</li> </ul>   Annual Base Salary Range: $99,000 - $124,000.
