Dental hygienists at Tend are a key part of helping our patients look forward to the dentist. Which is why we've designed a dedicated training program for new grads to develop the skills it takes to be successful not only as a hygienist, but as a member of our team. This dedicated training program takes you through, step by step how to adapt to our technology, work flows, and expectations as a hygienist BEFORE you start seeing members. At Tend, our hygienists greet patients with elevated hospitality and introduce them to a unique, whole-you wellness experience. Our dental hygienists deliver top-notch care that puts patient needs first and ensures the patient knows exactly what to expect every step of the way. Most of all, dental hygienists are part of a collaborative dental team, have supportive leadership, have access to ongoing training to advance their careers, and enjoy great benefits. What you'd gain while working with us:

  • Sign on Bonus: $3,000
  • Pay: Generous compensation package, hourly pay + production bonus & parking stipend

  • Full Time
    • 4 days per week and 2 Saturdays per month
  • Monday - Friday we're open from 8:00 - 5:00
    • Shifts Mon - Fri are 7:30 - 4:00 & 9:00 - 5:30
  • Saturdays we're open from 8:00 - 3:00
    • Sat shift is 7:30 - 3:30


  • Balance the areas of health, well-being & aesthetics for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional clinical care in the areas of cleaning, whitening, oral health screenings, or other guest services.
  • Coach our guests to increase knowledge, focus and positive-interest in oral health.
  • Establish a trusting, long-standing relationship with guests.


  • Associate's Degree through an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • National Board Dental Hygiene Examination.
  • Passing a state/region-specific exam (as required) and submitted for licensure with the state.
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Dedication to ensuring the highest quality of care to guests. Build long-standing guest relationships through trust and education.
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment that values high energy and creative problem solving.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
