We're searching for an organized, professional and knowledgeable New Studio Openings (NSO) Manager to spearhead our continued field growth over the coming years. This position will be based out of New York City, but will travel to market locations throughout the country.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination of new studio launches, including but not limited to:
    • Planning the overall calendar of numerous studio launches
    • Coordinate equipment and supply orders (both long and short lead)
    • Tracking and budgeting of all operational items and orders
    • Work cross functionally with the construction team to firm up hand off dates, coordinate deliveries, follow up on punch lists.
    • Research and set-up lab, service, and vendor contracts in new markets.
    • Coordinate the creation of all new studio vendor, service, and dental lab accounts in existing markets.
    • Work with regional teams to confirm opening (soft launch) schedules, pre-open practice appointments, and confirm and create scheduling templates and operatories.
    • Assist with determining orientation/training dates and locations.
    • Assist with new hire onboarding and training as needed.
    • Ensure new studio managers have all necessary operational information to successfully launch their studio (ie dropbox info, all logins, lab info etc.)
    • Schedule and run point on state inspections of new studio radiation equipment.
    • Liaison between Tend and vendors used to set up new studios
    • Coordinate all equipment set up & calibration
    • Lead Construction / Ops Handoff meeting of new studio
    • Run studio load in, unpack and set up.
  • Coordinate cross functional calendars & project lists with construction, design, purchasing, training and facilities teams.
  • Coordinate facilities needs of new studios for the first 30 days of opening.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Retail, Hospitality or Healthcare operations
  • Experience opening new locations in a high growth environment
  • Strong project management & organization skills
  • Ability to engage with Cross Functional Teams.
  • Must be curious, love to learn, and thrive in an ever-changing, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is driven by a deep thirst for knowledge and understanding, and is a high level self-starter.

$90,000$110,000 USD
