As a Field Sales Lead at The Rounds, you’ll lead a passionate team of Field Sales Representatives, guiding them to surpass ambitious Member acquisition targets. Your role is pivotal in planning and executing a calendar of popup events, each designed to amplify our Member base and bolster company growth. By recruiting, training, and empowering your team, you’ll ensure they are equipped to excel. You will manage partnerships with multifamily buildings and local partners, enhancing our Field Sales initiatives through innovative campaigns and engaging physical promotions. You Will:
- Lead a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve ambitious Member acquisition goals.
- Plan for and leverage the field sales team to execute a full calendar of popup events aimed at exceeding new Member acquisition goals and supporting company growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new Field Sales Representatives, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to Field Sales Representatives to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in acquiring new Members.
- Manage strategic partnerships with multifamily buildings and local partners to support field sales efforts via physical signage, email campaigns, and more.
You are:
- A proven leader capable of motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Results-oriented and passionate about achieving and exceeding personal and team goals
- Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
- An experienced seller who can demonstrate persuasive and consultative sales techniques
- A strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships
- A confident problem solver with the ability to identify challenges and solve them with creative solutions
- Enthusiastic about sustainability and/or entrepreneurship
- Experience in event planning and execution is a plus
Benefits, Hours & Pay:
- This is a full-time hourly position (40 hours per week expected) and qualifies for benefits and overtime
- Earning potential is $68,800, including hourly + goal based compensation
- Performance based bonus opportunities
