The Rounds is the portal for managing everything that comes in/out of your home, i.e. your AI-powered personal Psychic Home Manager. Our mission is to make everyday choices effortless and more sustainable than the alternative. The Rounds automates the "inventory management" of the stuff you use every day, starting with weekly delivery and refill of essential consumer goods via our own scheduled two-way last mile logistics network. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face and voice of The Rounds in public and play a crucial role in company growth. This is a direct sales role and your primary duty will be to sell The Rounds services to new members. You’ll work closely with community partners all over the city to pop-up and engage with potential members at farmers markets, community events, and more.

You will:

  • Achieve, and exceed, new Member acquisition and revenue targets using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of The Rounds features and product assortment to successfully onboard new Members, ensuring they place their first order.
  • Manage setup and teardown of event displays at events with local partners (farmers markets, community festivals, and more)
  • Provide feedback and insights from popup events and Member interactions to improve event setup, sales strategies, and product offerings.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops.

You are:

  • A natural seller who is energetic, persuasive, and goal-driven
  • A strong communicator with an ability to easily connect with people
  • A problem solver who is eager to take on challenges
  • Highly adaptable and willing to embrace change
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Able and willing to work part-time (10-25 hours per week) on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Have access reliable transportation to and from events (a car is a plus, but not required)
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 3-4 hours at a time in outdoor settings.

We'll provide:

  • Comprehensive training to get you started, plus ongoing training and coaching to support you in the role and help you maximize your success (and earnings!).
  • Competitive hourly base pay + uncapped commission opportunity (On target earnings expected at $35-$55/hour.
