The Rounds is seeking a dynamic Partnership Development Representative to manage and expand a portfolio of strategic partnerships, playing a critical role in scaling our business. In this role, you’ll cultivate meaningful connections with multifamily apartment communities and other key partners, driving Member acquisition, engagement, and revenue. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at solving challenges with creative solutions, and love making an impact, this is the opportunity for you!
You Will:
- Manage a portfolio of partnerships, building and developing relationships with key points of contact to drive company growth.
- Be responsible for the health of each partnership; this includes growing and maintaining the number of monthly active Members, increasing order values from those Members, and rolling out other strategic projects as defined.
- Conduct on-site activations aimed at new Member acquisition and existing Member revenue generation; this may include posting signage, leading events, and other strategic initiatives.
- Identify and close high-potential new partnerships with multifamily apartment buildings and community partners.
- Additional responsibilities to be determined as needed.
