Vega is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building next-generation enterprise security technology.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Communications & PR to define our voice, strengthen our market presence, and position Vega as a category leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own Vega’s global communications and PR strategy.
- Craft clear, compelling messaging and narratives across all channels.
- Build and manage relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers.
- Secure media coverage, speaking opportunities, and thought-leadership placements.
- Lead executive communications (press materials, speeches, LinkedIn content).
- Produce high-quality content.
- Measure PR impact and optimize strategy based on performance.
Requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years in communications, PR, or strategic storytelling.
- Proven experience driving media coverage and building a company’s market voice.
- Strong relationships with tech and business media.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working directly with executives and cross-functional teams.
- Highly independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
