Vega is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building next-generation enterprise security technology.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Communications & PR to define our voice, strengthen our market presence, and position Vega as a category leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Vega’s global communications and PR strategy.
• Craft clear, compelling messaging and narratives across all channels.
• Build and manage relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers.
• Secure media coverage, speaking opportunities, and thought-leadership placements.
• Lead executive communications (press materials, speeches, LinkedIn content).
• Produce high-quality content.
• Measure PR impact and optimize strategy based on performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years in communications, PR, or strategic storytelling.
• Proven experience driving media coverage and building a company’s market voice.
• Strong relationships with tech and business media.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working directly with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Highly independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
