We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to take full ownership of end-to-end. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone passionate about the craft of recruiting, eager to move fast, thrive in a dynamic environment, and play a meaningful role in building Vega from the inside out.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviews, offers, and hiring decisions.
• Lead HR interviews, manage offers and contracts, and support candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical, product, and business needs, and to advise on hiring decisions.
• Manage headcount planning, role prioritization, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Build and execute effective sourcing strategies for the market, using LinkedIn, networks, communities, and creative approaches.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Help build and scale recruiting foundations, including processes, tools, metrics, and best practices, in a fast-growing startup environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and profiles, including engineering, research, data, and product.
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Ability to independently manage multiple roles and pipelines in parallel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Advantage: familiarity with cybersecurity, data, or AI-driven companies.
