We’re looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to take full ownership of end-to-end. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone passionate about the craft of recruiting, eager to move fast, thrive in a dynamic environment, and play a meaningful role in building Vega from the inside out.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviews, offers, and hiring decisions.
- Lead HR interviews, manage offers and contracts, and support candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical, product, and business needs, and to advise on hiring decisions.
- Manage headcount planning, role prioritization, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies for the market, using LinkedIn, networks, communities, and creative approaches.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Help build and scale recruiting foundations, including processes, tools, metrics, and best practices, in a fast-growing startup environment.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and profiles, including engineering, research, data, and product.
- Experience working closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Ability to independently manage multiple roles and pipelines in parallel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Hands-on, proactive mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Advantage: familiarity with cybersecurity, data, or AI-driven companies.
