We’re looking for a high-impact Senior Channel Manager to lead Vega’s partner strategy across the central U.S. You’ll own relationships with top resellers, and field teams, driving joint pipeline, accelerating partner-sourced revenue, and enabling Vega’s disruptive go-to-market motion.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to build trust across complex partner ecosystems, and has a track record of delivering results through the channel.
Responsibilities:
- Own the partner strategy for the central U.S., including WWT, GuidePoint Security, Defy, Redapt, Evotek, Trace3, Optiv, and other strategic resellers.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning, field alignment, and targeted enablement.
- Activate teaming plans and incentive programs to protect partner position and accelerate deal velocity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Vega’s sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success.
- Track and report on partner performance across sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue.
- Evangelize Vega’s value prop especially our ability to augment and help eliminate SIEM ingest costs and deliver full visibility.
Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5+ years in channel sales, alliances, or field-facing partner roles in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Proven success managing regional reseller relationships and driving partner-sourced revenue.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, especially SIEM, XDR, and data platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Experience with Salesforce, PRM tools, and partner incentive frameworks.
- Willingness to travel across the Western US for partner meetings and field events
- Prior experience at vendors like CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, SentinelOne, or similar - An Advantage
- Existing relationships with key partner sales teams and SEs in the region - An Advantage
- Familiarity with Vega’s mission and architecture - An Advantage
