We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Support teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content that helps users understand, adopt, and troubleshoot our solutions.

This is a great opportunity for a technical writer who enjoys learning new technologies, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving the overall documentation experience for both customers and internal teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, release notes, product updates, and internal knowledge base content.
• Learn and develop a strong understanding of the product, its features, and use cases to accurately document functionality and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Support teams to gather information, ensure accuracy, and keep documentation aligned with product changes.
• Organize and maintain documentation in a clear, consistent, and scalable structure.
• Review and improve existing documentation to enhance clarity, usability, and consistency.
• Follow documentation standards, style guides, and best practices.
• Support internal teams by providing clear and up-to-date product documentation when needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Experience documenting technical products, software platforms, or APIs in a cybersecurity environment.
• Native-level English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong research and self-learning abilities, with the confidence to ask questions, identify gaps, and quickly build product knowledge.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to different audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and shifting priorities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a startup environment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.
• Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
