The Role

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) organization in the United States. This role blends strategic sourcing, interview coordination, and recruiting operations, and is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a full-cycle recruiter supporting enterprise-level hiring over time.

You will partner closely with recruiters and senior hiring leaders to build strong pipelines of high-caliber, enterprise sales and GTM talent. This includes proactively engaging passive candidates, supporting complex interview processes, and helping drive a best-in-class candidate experience.

Location preference: Open to candidates across the U.S., with a strong preference for individuals based in CST or EST time zones to support coordination across domestic and international stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage passive enterprise GTM talent through LinkedIn and other outbound sourcing channels.
  • Build pipelines for strategic roles across Enterprise Sales, Sales Leadership, Strategic Accounts, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct thoughtful outbound outreach to senior-level and enterprise candidates, positioning Vega’s value proposition effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple U.S. and international time zones, including complex, multi-stakeholder panel interviews.
  • Manage interview logistics from initial scheduling through final rounds, ensuring a seamless experience for senior candidates and executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, activity tracking, and pipeline hygiene within the ATS.
  • Support interview debrief scheduling and ensure timely feedback collection across executive participants.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on pipeline strategy, market insights, and competitive talent mapping.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise recruiting processes as Vega scales.

Requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a similar recruiting-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing passive enterprise-level candidates on LinkedIn, including outreach, engagement, and pipeline development.
  • Experience supporting hiring in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Experience scheduling across multiple time zones, including coordination with domestic and international participants.
  • Hands-on experience using the Comeet ATS, with strong attention to data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite), including calendar-based scheduling and coordination workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in outbound candidate engagement.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Clear interest in growing into a full-cycle enterprise recruiter role over time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity or enterprise software hiring.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment (Series B/C+).
  • Exposure to strategic talent mapping and competitive market research.
  • Interest in developing deeper capabilities in executive hiring, hiring manager partnership, and offer negotiation processes.
