Description

Vega is one of the fastest-growing startups in cybersecurity, redefining security analytics and operations with an AI-native platform for the SOC!

We are building the next-generation operating system for security teams. Vega is already delivering real impact at some of the world’s largest organizations - improving detection, unlocking the value of their security data, and reducing cost and complexity. With HQs in New York and TLV, we're looking for people who want to be a part of the next rocket-ship in cyber.

To power Vega’s next stage of growth, we are scaling our Analyst and Influencer Relations program to define the market story for AI-native security and lake-first operations.

In this role, you will build and deepen trusted relationships with industry analysts and influencers, ensure Vega’s differentiation is clearly understood, and position the company as a thought leader in a rapidly evolving category.

This role works closely with Product Marketing (PMM) and will contribute to PMM-ops (analyst-focused enablement, briefing decks, collateral, and campaign execution). You will also work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership to amplify Vega’s voice, influence analyst evaluations, and turn external insights into strategic advantage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Evolve and execute an analyst relations strategy that elevates Vega’s market presence and informs key industry conversations
  • Build, nurture, and manage relationships with analysts and influencers across leading firms (for example, Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and boutique advisors
  • Drive briefing and inquiry programs that ensure analysts have an accurate, differentiated, and compelling understanding of Vega’s technology and business strategy
  • Partner with Product Marketing (PMM) to support various program: develop analyst-facing collateral, briefing decks, enablement materials, and campaign support. Act as a PMM partner and operator
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to deliver analyst insights back into roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Orchestrate participation in analyst research (Waves, Magic Quadrants, MarketScapes, and similar) including project management, messaging development, and response coordination
  • Track and report on analyst engagement outcomes, perception shifts, and program impact on pipeline, brand, and influence
  • Collaborate with PR and Marketing to leverage analyst content in campaigns, collateral, and field enablement

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, Product Marketing, or related fields with demonstrated growth potential
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and influencers
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with senior executives
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Experience working with or supporting PMM-ops is preferred; clear understanding that this role contributes to PMM-ops and does not own product marketing strategy

Compensation Range: $130,000-$160,000. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
