What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with office locations in SF and Chicago. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time.)

Role Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Ops Specialist to support our Go-To-Market in generating leads, engaging accounts, and driving revenue. The Marketing Ops Specialist will be responsible for integrating/optimizing technologies and automations into marketing processes. They will work with stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns for clients and prospects.

As a Senior Marketing Ops Specialist at Vouch, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build the tools and systems to help our marketing function as we move up market. You will be part of the RevOps team and sit cross-functionally working closely with the data and GTM teams.

This role will directly impact Vouch’s ability to generate demand up market as we continue to provide innovative and impactful solutions. Job Duties:

  • Manage lead flow between systems to ensure efficient capture, tracking, and nurturing of leads into qualified opportunities and deals
  • Be a primary owner of marketing technology stack (campaign design, execution, management)
    • Marketing Automation platform (email, etc)
    • ABM Platform
  • Be a primary user of CRM + sales technology stack (integration with marketing campaigns/programs, developing sales cadences)
    • Salesloft, SFDC
  • Ensure smooth and productive sales handoffs (coordination, education/training, measurement)
  • Reporting efficacy of marketing campaigns across all technology platforms
  • Coordinate with Data + Engineering on most effective use of Vouch data throughout marketing campaigns and platforms

About you:

  • Have 3-7 years experience in marketing operations or similar area for a B2B company
  • Deep understanding of the B2B demand funnel, lead management process, and ABM strategies, including audience segmentation, lead scoring and revenue attribution
  • Experience with Salesforce objects, campaigns, opportunities, reports and dashboards with ability to articulate requirements to Revenue Ops teams
  • Proficient with marketing automation (Marketo or Hubspot preferred) and other table stakes technology in the Revenue Stack
  • Comfortable preparing reports/dashboards for senior stakeholders using common reporting tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and correct errors to improve system efficiency and performance
  • Outstanding verbal, analytical and communication skills demonstrated through reports, dashboards, and presentations that are prepared for a variety of audiences
  • Flexibility and a roll-up-your-sleeves, “get stuff done” attitude with excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from conception through implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, etc. or equivalent experience required
  • Grit: you are goal-oriented, purpose-driven, and are perseverant about achieving their goals, even in the face of adversity

Nice to have:

  • Insurance or financial services background
  • Experience with or a desire to learn SQL
  • Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environments
  • Experience in project management, or product management

Salary Range:

The pay range for this role is: $105,000 to $135,000 per year.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
