Wander is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time Travel Concierge & Writer. You will work remotely, supporting guests staying at luxury vacation rentals.

The Concierge team is a close-knit bubbly team within Wander. We work really hard and often contribute to various side projects within Wander's Guest Experience department. We value kindness, empathy, and love tackling new challenges. We'd love for you to apply if you think you'd be a good fit!

Requirements:

• live in the Philippines time zone -- this team is tight-knit and does meet-ups

• this job serves the hospitality industry and requires ability to work night shifts, holidays, and weekends

• have a laptop, the software we use requires a laptop

• have internet access at home (this job is remote)

• a phone for the international calling app

• googling and critical thinking skills

• Interested in long-term employment and career growth at a high growth tight-knit company

• Empathy & Listening skills 

Day-to-day will consist of:

• answering common questions with scripts

• solving possibly complex requests from guests with creativity

• guesty, shopify, notion (we'll show you how to use these)

• writing travel blogs in your spare time
