💻 Role

As our Talent Development Program Manager, you’ll develop company-wide learning and development programs and initiatives with an emphasis on onboarding. In this role you’ll join a passionate and dynamic People Team and be a trusted advisor to the business in support of empowering Whatnauts to do their best work. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows learning and development, has run company-wide onboarding and L&D programs, and thrives in a fast-paced, culture-driven tech environment.

  • Support organizational learning objective by building (or improving upon) programs and initiatives designed to equip employees with tools to do their best work and promote engagement and retention
  • Fully own the company-wide employee onboarding program:
    • Effectively collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, people operations, and onboarding facilitators from offer through the employee’s first 3 months
    • Ensure the overall onboarding approach is in line with the broader business strategy at all times
    • Identify pain points and collaborate with internal partners to drive efficiency within the onboarding process
    • Own communications with managers of new hires to drive a consistent onboarding experience
  • Leverage People data and analytics to develop insights and measure effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives on organizational goals
  • Iterate continuously to improve learning program experiences as we scale and grow as a company.
  • Act as a consultant to functional teams to drive effective programming and consistent functional onboarding and skills development experiences.
  • Manage internal and external course offerings within our LMS to support skills development programming, learning paths, and learning platform integrations
  • Manage LMS reporting and draw insights based on course analytics and feedback

As our next Talent Development Program Manager you should have 4+ years of learning and development experience in fast-paced startups, plus:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to take projects from concept to launch
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness

💰Compensation

For US-based applicants: $115,000/year to $125,000/year + benefits + stock options

The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity in the form of stock options.
