Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Consultant, to join our growing team. In this role, you will build trusting customer relationships with the business and technical stakeholders and drive customer adoption of the Workato Embedded platform.
You will provide guidance and support to embedded customers to launch their integration offerings and automation capabilities to their end customers. You will have a direct impact on the customer experience and ability to leverage Workato and its services to achieve their business goals. In this role, you will have a variety of technical and business responsibilities that would include:
Technical Responsibilities
Onboard new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to customers to achieve value quickly
Provide technical Workato product expertise. Be the expert in deployment models and governance structures and share best practices from a business and technical perspective
Serve as the primary point of escalation when customer issues arise, troubleshoot, and ensure quick resolution
Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for Workato platform enhancements, while managing customer expectations
Business Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with embedded customers from developers to C-Suite executives to drive adoption and consumption of the Workato Embedded platform
Develop and implement processes and programs to increase usage of the product within the current group and drive cross-sell opportunities within other groups
Execute regular executive business reviews to ensure alignment with customer goals and inspire product expansion
Requirements
Working hours 4:30am - 1:30pm IST (including 1 hour of break), as this role requires to work as per Australian(AEST) timezone.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
BE/BTech in information systems, computers, or equivalent education; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in software/integration architect, project manager, and technical account manager roles. Prior experience in SaaS/iPaaS is preferred
Technical background and a good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space
Ability to understand and interpret requirement documents into software solutions
Experience working with at least one (1) Integration Platforms such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite
Demonstrated implementation of quality integration solutions by applying best practices
Demonstrated a good understanding of the SDLC
Impressive track record of high customer retention and revenue expansion desired
Hands-on current experience with at least one mainstream programming language is preferred
Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday / NetSuite / Salesforce / Servicenow / SAP is a plus

Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
Resourceful and comfortable working independently with strong leadership skills
