About Workato

Workato is the only integration and automation platform that is as simple as it is powerful — and because it’s built to power the largest enterprises, it is quite powerful.

Simultaneously, it’s a low-code/no-code platform. This empowers any user (dev/non-dev) to painlessly automate workflows across any apps and databases.

We’re proud to be named a leader by both Forrester and Gartner and trusted by 7,000+ of the world's top brands such as Box, Grab, Slack, and more. But what is most exciting is that this is only the beginning.

Why join us?

Ultimately, Workato believes in fostering a flexible, trust-oriented culture that empowers everyone to take full ownership of their roles. We are driven by innovation and looking for team players who want to actively build our company.

But, we also believe in balancing productivity with self-care. That’s why we offer all of our employees a vibrant and dynamic work environment along with a multitude of benefits they can enjoy inside and outside of their work lives.

If this sounds right up your alley, please submit an application. We look forward to getting to know you!

We are looking for an experienced RVP who can scale our UK&I region and sales team to the next level.

A talented group is in place and the UKI is a key focus market as we scale the EMEA region. Offering a wonderful opportunity to take a successful business and platform and really leave your mark.

It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to build something great and to begin flexing their global leadership muscles.

In the future, this role will expand and offer the chance to scale Northern EMEA beyond UK&I.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead a regional team of Enterprise and Commercial AEs. The AE's manage customer relationships from prospecting, qualification, close, to post-sales growth.

  • Take full responsibility for the Go-to-market vision, strategy and execution in EMEA North.

  • Help and support in business opportunities on customer side, equally important being very active towards the focus partners in the region to create alignment and Workato focus

  • Oversee the daily activities and performance of individual Account Executives and, as we scale, first line sales leaders.

  • Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies.

  • Iterate upon the sales cycle for AE's including coaching the sales team and sharing best practices with the broader organization.

  • Build on our culture of continuous improvement and role based learning.

  • You will report into the EMEA GM.

  • You will have a proven track record of scaling a software business in the Northern Europe market. Including sales, people and first line leaders. Ideally within integration, middleware, automation or enterprise software space.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a country / region quota.

  • Passion for mentoring Account Executives to help them grow in their careers.

  • An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working in a high growth environment.
