Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Operations Intern - (Attribution + Deal X-Ray) to join our growing team.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Audit every Closed Won deal across the business to ensure proper Data Hygiene and Attribution

  • Maintain and manage the entire Attribution Model, including disputing opportunity attribution for every channel

  • Audit every meeting created (globally), ensuring accurate attribution for ROAS and ROES

  • Manual Data Hygiene audits from the lead and contact level to ensure accurate Marketing reporting and targeting

  • Standardization of reports across the business

  • Building real-time reports/dashboards and end-or-quarter reporting to monitor the effectiveness of every channel

  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks and troubleshooting processes

  • Monitoring marketing and growth performance, pipeline, and KPI reporting and analysis

  • Drive and maintain marketing data integrity across the GTM tech stack

  • Work cross-functionally with other GTM teams to support and find the best solutions related to different projects and initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or relevant experience from previous employment

  • Able to commit for at least 3 - 6 months, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. (Hours can be flexible depending on your schedule)

  • Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills to communicate analytical insights to business leaders

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Thoughtful team player, a quick learner, and have a “can do” attitude with a growth mindset

  • Strategic mind who can dissect and organize analytically

  • Diligent thinker who gets things done without overlooking important details

  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and Gsheet is a big plus.

  • Must be data-driven, have a natural knack for technology, and be able to demonstrate technical ability
