Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Automation Strategy Consultant (Enterprise Architect) to join our Strategic Initiatives team. This role will report into Senior Director - Automation Strategy and Value and plays an integral role in the discovery process of Automation and provide strategic Automation Blueprints & Automation Maturity Assessments to the enterprise customers. You will also be responsible to:

  • Perform strategic assessments of process discovery for key and strategic enterprise customers & prospects

  • Perform Automation Maturity Assessment, Process Mapping and Value quantification

  • Conduct workshops with business heads & IT heads on process discovery and identify automatable processes

  • Develop automation roadmap and blueprints for the customers

  • Perform process mining and discovery using tools and manual interviews, deduce the inefficiencies

  • Perform value-driven business justification - ROI / TCO, Value analysis and engineering as determined in accordance with the blueprint

  • Engage with senior leaders and champions at customers and become the trusted strategic and business process advisor to help our customers define their integration and automation strategy in order to achieve their desired business outcomes.

Requirements

  • MBA specializing in strategy or equivalent education.

  • 7+ years of Business Process Consulting, RPA Automation Strategy, Process Mining, Process Mapping, BPM, Business Strategy Assessments

  • Seasoned Enterprise Architect who is able to build a comprehensive technology transformation roadmap and strategy
  • Communicate effectively with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders

  • Experience in process discovery, mapping, mining & management

  • Understanding of 2 or more specific industry verticals like FinServ, Logistics & Retail, SaaS, HiTech & Cloud Infra and their business process mappings

  • Knowledge of process mining tools like Celonis, Apromore etc.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas visually and create professional presentations

  • Experience working with sales or high-end pre-sales organizations

  • Experience in influencing & presenting to key decision-makers like CxOs

  • Experience having worked in a start-up environment is a plus
