You’ll be the voice of our brand and will be in a unique position to influence our conversations with potential customers. You will be involved in planning and executing in-person and virtual events (Webinars, Customer Events… etc.), account based marketing, content creation, community-building and digital marketing.
This exciting opportunity will tap into your strong project management, attention to detail, analytical, and interpersonal skills to drive the success of our marketing programs.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Build and accelerate sales pipeline through demand generation programs and multi-channel integrated campaigns—including personalised campaigns for strategic accounts—partnering with Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand accounts.
Lead the end-to-end development of strategic account-based marketing initiatives targeting key enterprise prospects
Research and identify industry-leading third-party publications and partners to drive new logos, thought leadership, and brand awareness, finding innovative ways to reach target audiences.
Own field marketing and events end-to-end—virtual and in-person events, Workato flagship conferences (e.g., WoW), ancillary events, and major regional trade shows—from concept and planning through execution, logistics, vendors, speakers, and post-event follow-up.
Develop and manage landing pages, microsites, and tailored content assets (case studies, business cases) in partnership with content and design.
Deliver compelling, audience-centric content—blog articles, social posts, videos, storyboards, email copy, banner ads, and presentations—that turns complex concepts into messages tailored to different channels, personas, and funnel stages.
Manage campaign budgets with a rigorous focus on ROI; monitor, report, and continuously improve performance metrics.
Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), display, email, SEO, GEO, and content syndication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure messaging and deliverables align with strategy.
